FOODLINK COMPLETE Vanilla+Added Fibre is the only powdered nutritional supplement to offer a significant serving of dietary fibre 5g / serving, in the form of inulin, a source of fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS) a prebiotic which has been shown to stimulate growth of beneficial bifidobacteria, improving the balance of intestinal flora.

PREPARATION

Preparation of Complete couldn’t be easier it mixes instantly in hot or cold water to make a refreshing nutritious drink.

Add 3-4 heaped tablespoons to a jug, large glass or shaker containing just under half a pint of water. Simply shake or stir well to mix using a whisk or fork and Complete is ready to drink.
